Monbulk, Victoria was hard hit by the 2021 storms with power out for weeks. The Monbulk RSL became a vital community hub supporting hundreds of residents.
The Victorian Government’s Energy Resilience Solutions program installed a back-up energy system of neighbourhood battery, solar PV and generator at the Monbulk RSL to support during future prolonged power outages.
